Petrochemical energy

The stainless steel used in petrochemical industry is generally austenitic stainless steel 304, and some are 321 and 316L, which are mainly used to build polymer storage tanks, pipes, pipe fittings and heat exchanger shells. In addition, 316L and TP347 are used for some reactor internals with a thickness of 2-6mm. 304 and 316 steel plates are generally used for liquid vehicles (train tankers) conveying glacial acetic acid, 316L is generally used for urea units, and 317L material is also used for pipelines.

In the field of clean energy, such as nuclear power industry, 304 (L), 316L and 317L stainless steel used on nuclear reactor pressure vessels, steam generators and heat exchangers, compared with stainless steel used in other fields, in addition to corrosion resistance and temperature resistance, due to worse working conditions and high safety level, there are more stringent requirements for material structure, welding performance and composition.

We have a number of professional sales and technical support teams, which can meet customers' more stringent requirements for stainless steel products, such as chemical element content of stainless steel coil, shape control, thickness tolerance, special width and surface, and one-stop services including deep processing.
